With over four decades of experience, Dr. Viggiano has been a trusted name in plastic and reconstructive surgery since opening his private practice in 1982. Known throughout the community for his integrity, surgical skill, and compassionate care, he has earned a stellar reputation built on word-of-mouth referrals and long-standing patient relationships.

Dr. Viggiano is especially passionate about skin cancer detection and surgical reconstruction, providing his patients with the highest level of personalized care and attention. While he has chosen to scale back his schedule to two days a week to enjoy a slower pace of life, he has no plans to retire any time soon—his love for medicine and his patients continue to inspire him every day.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Viggiano is dedicated to teaching and mentoring the next generation of medical professionals, serving as a lecturer at Indian River State College, Florida State University College of Medicine, and Keiser University.
