To best serve all patients and minimize delays, Donato A Viggiano, MD, PA requires at least 24 hours’ notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. This policy applies to both insurance and cosmetic appointments.

Fees
• No-Show Fee: A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments without notice.
• Late Cancellation Fee: A $50 fee will apply to cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cosmetic Consultation Fee
Patients who pay the $100 cosmetic consultation fee in advance will forfeit this payment if:
• They do not show for the appointment, or
• They cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.
